The past three RubyNation conferences have sold out, several weeks early actually, so register now so you don't miss out (and it costs less if you do so). All you have to do to take part is register and show up for the fun. The conference ticket will include:
- Admission to all conference sessions
- An official RubyNation conference t-shirt
- Continental breakfast, lunch, afternoon snacks, and social gatherings, etc.
- Event giveaways (we have lots of books and t-shirts to give out!)
- Various swag and a conference program
We have arranged for 25% discounts for students (2012STUDENT) and individuals working for non-profit organizations (2012NONPROFIT). Registration is on the honor system for these codes. We will have different colored printed badges for discounted tickets.
Cancellation Policy
If you must cancel for any reason, you must notify us 15 days prior to the event. You will receive a refund of the amount you paid minus a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations within 15 days of the event are non-refundable, but are transferable. Confirmed and paid attendees who do not attend are liable for the entire fee.
To cancel or transfer send us an email to registration at rubynation.org. For transfers, include the name and email address of the new attendee.
In the unlikely event of cancellation of the event, the liability of the RubyNation conference is limited to the return of paid registration fees.
